Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Zenith Global. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Service Fees
Service fees (e.g. monthly management retainers) cover the work performed by our team — strategy, setup, optimization, and ongoing management. Because this work begins immediately upon engagement, service fees already earned for work performed are non-refundable.
2. Advertising Spend
Amounts allocated to advertising spend (e.g. Meta Ads, marketplace PPC) are paid to the relevant platform and are non-refundable once campaigns have been launched, in line with each platform's own billing terms. We will not launch ad spend beyond an agreed budget without your approval.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel an ongoing monthly engagement by providing written notice in line with the notice period stated in your service agreement (typically 30 days, unless otherwise agreed). Cancellation requests can be sent to zenithglobalexport@gmail.com. Fees for the current billing period remain payable; no fees will be charged for periods after the notice period ends.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
We will consider a partial or full refund of unused service fees where:
- You were billed in error or duplicate
- Onboarding has not yet begun and no work has been performed
- We are unable to deliver the agreed Services due to a failure on our part
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Courses & Digital Products
For Meta Ads courses or other digital training products, refund eligibility (if any) will be stated at the point of purchase. Where no separate policy is stated, course purchases are non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
